Ah, Spring Break. The men in my life are on the other side of the US. B is in NC with J. DH is on his way home from MI with T. They went to pick up the car we bought from the in-laws. I stayed home and am working some extra hours at the nursing home. I may have gone with them if we didn't have the animals. Oh well....It gives the men bonding time.
I did go out and find some Alpaca wool and am working on a new hat now. I don't wear the hats, but I do like the feel of working with the yarn. I am still working on a prayer shawl. I started with one pattern but am thinking of ripping it out and just doing a straight knit rather than a pattern I have to figure out where I am in the count when I pick it up again.
I am also doing some reading and filling up on dumb movies during the times I am not working. Oh and I did my yearly dr./dentist appointments. So I haven't been sitting still. ;-)
